Pizza Napoletana
We utilize a 36-48 hour fermentation process to create our Pizza Napoletana.
Our Stefano Ferrara oven was directly imported from Napoli along with essential ingredients such as D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala from the Campania region.
This oven is fueled by 100% live oak wood that burns at ~900 degrees and pizzas cook in about 60-90 seconds.
